The Mezzanine in Newark is truly a unique space, it was originally the home of The National Newark and Essex Banking Company. The building has a rich and powerful history, in the 1930’s everyone who was anyone had an office there. It made for a perfect backdrop to Tara & Mark’s spectacularwedding. They transformed this art deco style bank into a lavish ballroom. Kudos must go to A Touch of Elegance for the fantastic job they did with the florals. It made us so happy to see everything come together so perfectly for such a special couple. As an added bonus we ran into Anna and Doug Hill, former clients of ours who provided us with some very unusual photo ops 2 years ago at their wedding. Many of you may recall the images of Anna playing tennis in her wedding gown and heels or making their grand entrance in a row boat. This family doesn’t like to do anything the standard way… we like that about them.
