Glenn and I photographed The Children's Aid and Family Services annual charity gala this past Friday night. Held at the Hackensack Golf Club, the theme was "There's no place like home". Characters from the classic film "The Wizard of Oz" greeted guests as they arrived and mingled throughout the night. The event raises money for services that help vulnerable children, families, young adults, and frail elderly in northern New Jersey. Every penny raised is used to improve the lives of the agency's clients. It was both our honor and privilege to help, in our small way, such a worthwhile charity.
While this blog is not aimed
at camera geeks I wanted to give a shout out to Lon Coleman at FlashZebra.com.
His website is focused on manual off-camera flash, both hot shoe and studio
flash. He offers custom adapters and cords that most photographic merchants
pass over due to lack of volume. Customer service is great and best of all
his prices are very reasonable. Visit him at www.flashzebra.com.
Just a couple grab shots from a recent location scout Glenn and I did down near the South Street Seaport.
Take a gander at our latest sample album from Leather Craftsmen. It is even better in person.
These two kids are tying the knot this November at il Tulipano.
Below see Tim, the hardest working man in show business.
We have been asked a number of times
to show off our Guest Books. So here are a few spreads from one of our faves.
It is designed in a 12×12 format so what you are viewing is how the spread
looks when the book is open. The images in the book are from our engagement session with the couple.
Glenn and I had an amazing three hour pre-wedding consultation with Christine and Fil last night. Who thought that reviewing the details of their wedding day would be so much fun. We are completely stoked to be photographing their wedding next month.
