Glenn and I had the opportunity to spend this past Saturday with a group of amazing people. While the weather did not exactly cooperate, it sure didn’t hamper anyones enjoyment one bit. Clouds and fog hung over us all day, but the rain held off long enough for Adriana and Paulo to exchange their vows on the boardwalk and for Glenn and I to have a great portrait session on the beach.
Yes the Maida family did manage to get away this summer. We ventured down to the low country of South Carolina, enjoyed some great weather, good local fare and some sweet southern charm and hospitality.
The images here are from Charleston and Ft Sumter, Murrell’s Inlet, and Surfside Beach.
Glenn and I recently spent an afternoon at The Strom King Art Center. Not really a museum, it’s kinda unusual – a sculpture park may best describe it. It is a very cool place, so if you find yourself in the Hudson Valley of New York – stop by.
